Flat grinding processing service
It is possible to perform shaping and grinding processes for step differences, grooves, angled surfaces, and rounding edges.
We handle flat grinding processing using diamond grinding stones, moving the workpiece set on the table from side to side to precisely finish thickness dimensions and surface roughness. The tolerances we can accommodate are ±0.001mm, and the parallelism and perpendicularity accuracy is always below ±0.002mm. We can process punch cutting edges with a thickness of up to 0.07mm through flat grinding. Additionally, the maximum size of the workpiece we can handle is a thickness of 50mm and a width and height of approximately 100×100mm.
